This is a fanfic, that takes place after Sonic Battle, or whatever the last sonic game that uses THE SONIC ADVENTURE WORLD, NOT SONIC UNLEASHED WORLD.

An excellent character who I wanted to make a story for when I saw her. Thanks to my brother, bombchu, I was able to make a deal with Suki's creator, ifreakenlovedrawing, who did an EXCELLENT job at creating this character, if I might add.

As part of the trade, ifreakenlovedrawing will be doing a digital remaster of my bomberman snow cabin fan pic!

But honestly, I love doing this fanfic anyways! I'd love illustration for each fanfic honestly, and how knows? maybe I can work with this nice lady and create the most awesome (CLEAN) 7 part sonic fanfic ever!!!

E-120 Ego


Last produced E- series light commander and second in command to Dr. Robotnik.


E-120 Ego was a white E-series robot, looking much like Gamma, only white. One of his arms was made into a blaster, the other was equipped with short black fingers used for operating machinery. E-120 often worked with E-118 Data, researching things for the evil Dr Eggman, as well as finishing any of his projects. One such project a long time ago was rebuffing E-123 Omega, who went rouge and blasted his way to even challenge Metal Sonic. Metal Sonic himself was a fearsome foe whom no robot wished to be pitted against. Who knew that Metal Sonic would go rouge? Maybe Metal was an even more capable leader than the Dr Himself...


*bing*

A large capsule had come down through one of the glass tubes carrying a large person. It was Dr. Robotnik.


Oh dear.


"Ego! Have you pinpointed the location of the Chaos emerald!?"


"I dispatched E-117 Revo and E-118 Data to find the chaos emerald sir." a deep voice came from Ego.


"Good! Then let's hope that they come back with it!"


*Sqeeeeeeeze*

*pop*

"Oww"

Dr. Eggman rubs his back and exasperates.

"I have to remember to make these for more than my own robots next time!"

It was a nice little control room acting as the main watch center for the base. In front of Ego was the main semi-circle control panel, of which was built into the wall. Wide windows separating the water from himself mark the boarders of this room, as they span all the way from the top of the ceiling to the bottom of the floor. Behind Gamma, in both corners of the room, there were matching capsule tubes large enough to house a few robots, but the entrances were not quite wide enough for Dr. Ivo. Finally, directly behind Ego were the main doors. Walking through them would take you to a tropical resort like area with palm trees, fountains, and red carpets adorn. The control room had a few of such knick knacks, and a nice circular carpet in the center. It was neat being able to see the little fish and eels swimming around at the bottom of the sea.


"Doctor, Data and Revo are coming in right now. They should have the Chaos emerald."

"Wonderful Ego! I knew that I could trust those two! I'll have to upgrade them after this, and with Infliction coming back, I'll have two Chaos emeralds. Two! Ooooooooh ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho!"


"Oh course doctor."


The two main doors open up. Data and Revo walk into the room. Revo was a light blue E-100 series robot with a triple barrel gun built into one arm. Data was a light green E-100 series robot with a standard blaster built into one arm instead of anything fancy. Revo was a fighting robot, Data was more for... well.... gathering data.


"Revo, Data, You make me so proud! Come, give me the emerald that you have!"

Revo and Data don't move. Instead of stepping forward, they just look at each other.

"Oh, come on, don't tell me that you lost it! Now give it here... or else!"

Both robots look down at the floor. Their disappointment just now manifesting it in full.

Revo takes a single step forward, just before Data does.

"I am sorry sir! We went to obtain the emerald, but it was too close to Metal harbor. We were spotted." they both spoke in a light voice.

"You WHAAAAAAAAAT!?!?!"

"But sir! what could we do? We were ambushed by G.U.N. submarines!" Revo defended.

"Yes sir, we tried to escape, but they nearly destroyed us! We threw the chaos emerald away to save ourselves!" Data added

"YOOOOOOUUUUUUUUu floundering bolt heads!!!! How could you do something like that!?"

"But sir, we would have died!"

"I don't care you worthless babbling robo dummies!!" That's it!! Your failure is over!! Ego! launch them out the egg-star cannon immediatly!"

"Nooooooooooooooooo" scream the robots in unison.


"Yes doctor" E-120 Ego replied.


Ego slowly and shakingly presses the button for emergency enemy capture and ejection.

"No Ego, don't do it!" says Revo

"We understaaaaaaaannnnd Eeeegoooooooooo" says Data.

"Enough! Fire!"

A glass container slides down on top of Data and Revo who are in the center of the room.


"Noooooooooooooo!"


The air begins to compress in the glass chamber, creating a vacuum. Soon both robots begin to lift up, but not before grabbing a hold of the floor.


"I don't wanna go swimming!!" says Revo.

"Whyyyy not? You're all geared up for it?" responds Data

"Wwhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!"

In the twinkle of an eye, both robots are gone. A sonic boom can be heard outside the base as the two are sent off to who knows where.

Ego continues to face forward out the window as he addresses the Doctor.

"Dr. will those two be okay?"

"Of course! They just have to swim hard and be crafty enough to get back here, then I'll let them serve me again. Since they've been launched into stations square though, they'll have a hard time not getting caught. If they're destroyed, then so be it! All that means is that they're not worthy enough to be kept around. Oohhh ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho!"

Ego says nothing.

"Well, I'll be off to finish my little project. Now if you'll excuse me. . ."

The mad scientist walks off and enters the left glass capsule transporter, having just as much trouble getting in as he had getting out. Ego turns his head 90 degrees to his left to view the scientist as he walks off, and then slowly returns to his original position.

. . . .

. . . .


"Oh no!"

"Egoooooooooooooooo!" The doctor yells through the intercom.


"He's escaped!! Emergency lock down immediately! Doooooooo! He's not going to get away with this!"


End of part 1!

Oo~ Nice. Now... time to wonder whether Ego goes the Gamma route.
I can't wait to see more of it (And the tense shift was much better this time!)

Can we just pretend that no games take place in the Sonic Unleashed world?

Great chapter! I always liked the E-100 robots. This had some pretty good buildup, I can't wait to see what happens next.
