My favorite is Rosalina. I just find her much better than Daisy or Peach. Her backstory and general personality is just much more appealing than the others. Also, I think the storybook section of Mario Galaxy was awesome. Plus, her "Toads", the Lumas are more bearable and, let's face it, amazingly adorable.

I have never even heard of rosalina until just a few months ago. 
  
I honestly think Peach is the best because she is the main character that gets kidnapped and Daisy I personally just do not like very much.
 
 I might have chosen Rosalina if I knew more about her but I do not so Peach stays as my favorite.
