Its just personal opinion. While playing Dark rising me and another user were arguing about who was better. Being similar they have similar move sets. You can chose based on Moves typing...In game use... or even design! We need the help of the Vizzed community to decide who is better!

Glaceonwhisper : i'm so mad at you for this mean choice between too awesome pokemon. but i guess i would go with Arcanine because he can learn actually a bigger move set HM/TM wise than Ninetails and he can be stronger in most situations. but i do wish i could vote for both
