I hate to admit this because I'm a huge DC fan and I prefer DC comics to Marvel for a number of reasons(which I will not name here to save time and for arguments sake).But I'd say Marvel will get the bigger audience crowd because the avengers and most Marvel movies are marketed better than DC movies. Another reason why Marvel will out sell DC is because the Avengers is just a bigger well known title and what really helps Marvels case is there past successes like Iron man,the Incredible Hulk, Thor and so on. Hope this answered your question, to be honest I didn't really understand fully the question asked, in the future could you make the question more clear and easier to understand.

I was a huge Marvel fan boy a few years ago. But lately, I've been getting more interested in DC. I'll admit, it was Batman that first caught my interest. But since then I've been looking more into DC and I just like a lot of its setup better. My only real problem with DC is a certain over-powered character that just isn't that interesting and (in my opinion) gets more attention than he deserves. I think you know the one.

I think Marvel is the better group. Of course, I love Batman, but I don't think that Batman can compete with the broad range of Marvel super heroes. As mentioned in another post here, Marvel has better advertising as well. Combine it all, and you have advantage: Marvel.

I'll stick to answering this as a general Marvel vs DC question.

Both have outstanding movies, so it's the comics that make the difference for me.

From those I've read, Marvel upholds a higher quality in it's drawings, and I just enjoy reading them more.
