Welcome to my newest RPG. I have ran a couple of these throughout my time here on Vizzed and I have decided I would like to start another. I have found that I have had a lot of free time and that I haven't been able to decide what to do with myself lately so hopefully this will mean I will be right on top of this. If you would like to join up, please read the prologue to make sure this is the kind you would be interested in and if you are interested in this kind of stuff then feel free to post below. There are a couple rules to playing this game. However, these are just out into place to make the game fun for all. These rules are:

1. Be active - You must be active enough to post whenever there is a progression in the story. If you are not active enough I will send you a warning PM. If you still do not post I will kill your character off.

2. No God Mode - You cannot be invincible. You are a mere human. As this is a story based RPG only (No levels, stats, etc) you can't be the hero all the time. Share the heroic moments with the other players. This rule also means that you can only control your character only. You may not control another character or any NPC characters. (NPCs are controlled by me).

3. Have good quality posts. As I stated before, this is only a story RPG. No levels involved. To really make this story magical it is a good idea to have good quality posts. I'm not talking about writing an entire chapter, but don't just write a couple sentences. Include your character's thoughts, actions, speech and whatever else you want (Within reason of course). This also includes reading other player's posts to know what's going on with them too. This way the game is much more interactive between the players.

Prologue:

A long, long time ago war had broken out across the land. The Vlakmir tribes of the south banded together onto one large army. One army larger than the kingdom in the north. They wanted power. They wanted riches. They began to march towards the north. Luckily the North's scouts picked up in incoming troops and warned the Kingdom. They prepared their troops just in time, but they were no match for the powerful armies of the south. The Vlakmir tribes crushed them. It was the bloodiest battle any of the soldiers have witnessed. Many people lost their lives, many women widowed. By the end of the battle, bodies were littered along the grassy plains of the Northern Kingdom. The South had won. They entered the Castle striking fear in anyone that looked at them. With their black and red armour they approached the king. Two soldiers each grabbed him. Just from out in front of them a heavily armoured soldiers with a blood red cape approached him. He removed his horned helmet revealing a battle scarred face.

"You will never be the true ruler of this kingdom" said the king who was now a prisoner. Soon after he said that, the soldier with the cape placed his helmet back on his head and pulled a single katana out of his sheath. He lunges it straight through the king's chest.

"From now on" the killer said. "The new ruler of this kingdom will be known as Lord Isaya" he yelled as he walked towards the stolen throne.

It has now be three years since this has happened. The pain and suffering has only continued ever since. This is why a rebellion has been formed. A secret rebellion...

A new RP huh..... and why didn't you tell me you were doing this! I haven't done a RP in a long time. We became friends in an RP if I recall correctly. I would love to join yours. Do you mind if I am my character and stuff a little latter?

My character will be named Anthony  Kia. (not my real name) Gender will be male and my appearance ummm....... i want to have light blue armor  and a white shield (this is my first RP so iam probably making mistakes. Blade type:  not 2 handed personality: Over confident.

imamonster : Sorry but by appearance I meant how tall, colour of hair, and all that fun stuff. I will probably let you pick armour later in the RP. I should have been for clear about that. And don't worry about being new, I can help you along the way and you'll only get better.

MoblinGardens : Oh ok. Well black hair  1m 86 and that was it. Lol i thought you already needed that info about the armor.

Weapon- axe, if that is not ok then a short Roman style street sword

Sorry for the delay but now let's get this RP going. Something I forgot to mention was that if you have to say something out of character like a suggestion then put it like this (OOC. OOC means out of character and separates in from your dialogue. Already, let's get started.



Legacy of Sword Play:

"Hey, wake up!" says a voice. You awake to find yourself in a small, sunlit room. You rub the sleep from your eyes as you sit up. You look around and find a skinny man with brown hair standing in a doorway. He's got light clothing on and long legs. He looks like a very gentle young man. "Thorin wishes to see us" he says. "Grab your stuff from your chest and let's go".

(OOC: This is a good time to ask question as your character. This also makes the story go further into depth. Don't forget to include actions and dialogue)

Gundahar rises up from bed. He swings open the door of a large wooden chest and retrieves an array of sharp objects and trinkets. "Alright lets get going!" he yells as he slips on a fur chest plate.

MoblinGardens : Anthony replies to Gundahar. 'Where is my stuff again? Oh yeah it's to the right! Anthony gets his stuff. I'm kinda hungry is there food anywhere? He asked.

As I awaken I see 2 rowdy looking fellows conversing. Near a man tall and lank who has given me the command to get my things from my chest. "Wait I ask who are you and why must I gather my things" I then realize the two fellows near him are no familiar to me either so I ask and who are you two my last week or so has been a huge blur. I then see the man with the sharp tools coming out of his chest and decide the answer does not matter because if I do not gather my things from my chest he has about 100 different ways to kill me. As I scrape my things from my chest grabbing my clothes and the one thing that will keep me alive incase these 3 are murderous my slim blade. I then decide even though I am tiny compared to the two conversing I feel safer realizing I might not be the first to die if they are going by stature. I then rush over to the young man in he hallway and start throwing question his way. Who sent you? Why are you here? What is this place? Ohh and why in the world would you pick me, A hairy warrior, and an average Joe looking person.
