OK. I've got to be level with you folks who read this. This blew my mind. I was on youtube.com and I happened to see this video. It was a theory about what actual diamond armor from Minecraft would cost in real life. I watched it and about nearly fainted from the price. I want to know if you guys and gals who read this would actually pay the price for a full set of diamond armor?

Meh, that's believable. Diamonds are very expensive, and with precious metals, size matters more than quantity. Say you have 100 sq. inches of diamonds, each diamond being 1 sq. inch. That's worth A LOT, right? A SINGLE diamond of 100 sq inches would be worth about 100x more, as it's much much much more rare. Which is why the diamond armor costs so dang much.

Ok, now that is just pure shocking, I was not expecting it to be that high. I was expecting 100,000, or maybe even a million, but never 4 BILLION! I guess what threw me off was how big Minecraft diamonds are, I never expected them to weigh that much either.

I would have never imagined it to cost around that, let alone even scratching the surface of a single billion dollars.I mean, I understand that diamonds are expensive and all, but that is simply ridiculous. It does seem logical though, and the math holds (at least, I'm pretty sure it does). I would never shell out that much for a suit of armor, regardless of how much I actually wanted it, and had the money to do so.
