I've replaced the file for this game with an updated version from TheJmsGamer.

All Pokémon with Trade will now Evolve through Level Up, and you can also have Espeon and Umbreon. Espeon by Sun Stone, and Umbreon by Moon Stone, since there is only 1 Sun Stone in the game, TheJmsGamer added a Hidden Item in Celadon City somewhere close to the Game Corner, but outside. It includes a Sun Stone. And an Old Rod as Hidden Item somewhere in Pallet Town.
If you've played this game prior to reading this, in order to get the latest version you'll have to manually delete the old version from your RGR Plugin Data folder (your save file will still work).

To do so delete the file Pokemon Fire Red All L5.gba from this file path on your computer:

Windows 8, 7, Vista - C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginRoms

Windows XP - C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginRoms

Simply open a Windows Run prompt with the Windows key ( ) + R and copy/paste the file path.

Or go to:

Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder > Roms.

Does the trade evolutions include the 2nd Gen Pokémon like scizor and sloking?  If so, how would slowpoke evolve into sloking without evolving into slobro?
