The only time I actually seek out new songs is if I hear them on the radio first, lol. Often, I'll hear a newer song via pandora, I'll check it out again later.

An exception would be anything I have liked on facebook. I'll get notifications from them about new music, then will slowly get addicted as the album release gets closer.

I don't listen to all the newer groups today. As for the older stuff yes. If I find an old 80s glam/hair metal song I haven't heard before I will wear it out a lot.

When I hear a new song I love I can at times listen to it too much. When I was younger I did that way too much but now I don't do it anymore because I don't like a lot of the newer stuff that's out there.
