I think theirs something wrong when getting your Daily Viz. I get it after 12:00 am (server time). Is the system going nuts or something. Its been happening the past few days. I'm just concerned

It's actually proceeding as normal.

If you look at the times next to your notification, you'll see that it's at 1:00 AM.

That means it stayed the same when daylight savings kicked the clocks forward an hour. I see no reason to worry about it.

Black Bot : You only get Viz if you upload videos to Vizzed's youtube. If you upload to your youtube, and link it to vizzed, you don't get Viz or CP. At least, that's my experience. PM me if you want to continue talking about this.
