The news: A lion in
our house!?!?
It was peace in Volca
city. Johnny and Jimmy were watching the television funny stuff. They laughed
so hard that they even cried! Suddenly the show was interrupted. It was….the
news. They said:”We interrupt this program sorry! Because we just went to warn
you: A LION HAS ESCAPE FROM THE ZOO! WE REPEAT A LION HAS ESCAPE FROM THE ZOO! Close
all the doors and windows immediately!” Johnny and jimmy said:”AHHH! LET’S DO
THIS QUICK!” they close all doors and windows. They prepared guns and swords if
the lion came. Suddenly they heard a huge roar in the house, it was the lion. Johnny
said:”AHH WE’RE GONNA DIE!!” but the lion didn’t do any harm it feels like it
was sad. Jimmy said:”wait it looks hungry…. Johnny! Go get some meat in the kitchen!”
Johnny got some meat in the kitchen and they feed the lion. The lion wanted
some more and Johnny brought some more. The lion is friendly it escape from the
zoo because it wanted to live in a peaceful forest. Suddenly something electrified
the lion. It was… the news. Johnny said:”Oh crud not you guys…” the news said:”HA
HA! We tricked you guys now that lion will listen to everything we can say!”
the lion prepared its attack. Jimmy said:” this is the end…” suddenly an old
woman wearing a black belt jumps from the window. The teenagers said:”IT’S
KARATE GRANNY!” karate granny said:”OUSSS!” it means when she saluates. She karate
chop the lion and she did a left kick in the news they both blast off including
the lion. The karate granny disappears and Johnny and jimmy continue to watch
their show. The end!

Lol! I had to reread the granny introduction part probably three times to make sure I was reading it right. Okay, I am officially a fan of The News series now. It's a great way to make people laugh, and it most certainly works for me. Although, it does make me nervous whenever the new comes on... Just kidding.

My personal review on this specific chapter? Fantastic! The idea of a friendly lion in Johnny and Jimmy's house sort of reminds me of an old episode of Tom and Jerry. Hilarious, as usual. Nothing ever seems to top the original, though . You remember, right? It wasn't even a series yet? Heck, it wasn't even called The News! Do you remember 24 Hours? This was excellent, but that was a classic!

Anyway, as always, amazing job, Green! I loved this 'episode', as it's not exactly a chapter, and I look forward to your future The News installments to bring a wide grin upon my face when there hasn't been one in a long, long while. Bravo!
