I'm going to go out on a limb & say GW is my favorite codec character although you don't know you're contacting it. I just love the way GW messes with Raiden. It's hilarious. For a contact you actually try to contact, I'd have to agree with Cactuar & go with Para-Medic. I love the conversations she has with Snake. It's really funny when you call her after you catch a Tsuchinoko.
