Can't decide so I list them like this.

DB: Piccolo Arc = Tien Shinhan Saga, King Piccolo Saga and Piccolo Jr. Saga.
DBZ:  Frieza Arc = Namek Saga, Captain Ginyu Saga and Frieza Saga.
DBGT: Shadow Dragon Saga.

But if I have to choose just one, then Piccolo jr, Frieza and Shadow Dragon Saga.
Can't decide so I list them like this.

My all time favorite Saga would be the world tournament saga because many of the characters of the DBZ saga made an appearance and the Goten and Trunks duo started showing here, the fights never stopped because it was a fighting tournament.

Good question, I would probably have to say that I like dragon ball z saga the best personally...I enjoyed the saiyan saga with nappa and vegeta as well as the frieza saga and the cell saga the most...as for GT I never really followed it a whole lot, but I have seen bits and pieces of it, and it looked fairly good, but I haven't seen enough of it to call it my favorite, so I am simply going to say I like dragon ball and dragon ball z the best.

my favorate sagas are the shenron saga and the buu saga because they both introduce stronger and more interesting forms like ssj 4 and 3 so i really like it when kid buu faught ssj 3 goku and when vageta was fighting him and i also like the other saga because  it introduced ssj 4 and i really like it when omega shenron was fighting super sayin 4 goku and vageta and super sayin 4 gogeta
