You know, lots of kids these days say they love cheese. Do they say that to be funny, are they jumping into a bandwagon of cheese, or do they really mean it? Myself, cheese is literally one of my biggest passions... even though I don't try exotic cheeses like Gouda or whatever.

PICK A CHEESE. There's cheddar, monterey jack, pepper jack, swiss, etc. JUST PICK ONE

I pick parmesan because parmesan is amazing. Not the gross powdery kind (though that does taste great), but the real parmesan... I pull a container of shredded parmesan out of my fridge, make sure no one is looking, and then I stick my hand in and grab a handful of parmesan cheese. Then... I eat it. Passionately. Because parmesan cheese is amazing.

Well, I have to say mozzarella! And in very small doses, blue cheese. I am not a fan of spiced or too strong stuff. Regular goat cheese also goes down great.

I personally like smoked cheese, it taste's so amazing... I also love really strong cheddar cheese.. 

All cheese is usually pretty nice though. As long as you don't consume too much of it.. Though i can't stand the taste of cream cheese it just doesn't taste right...

I was hoping to see that spray on cheese that the Americans have that pretty much nobody else does.... Just for the sake of completion

For subs I like swiss cheese, cheddar is just awesome all around, and american is good on sandwiches and such. I try to limit myself because there is such a thing as too much cheese XD.
