I don't know if a thread like this exists or now. I did not see any so I thought I would make baseball predictions. Baseball is my favorite Sport and I am also into baseball stats.

AL East
Boston  Red Sox projected record 96-66. The champs have their roster from last year intact. So its hard to imagine them out of the playoffs
Baltimore Orioles projected record 90-72. The O's have their offense but an upgraded pitching staff could put them back in the playoffs
Tampa Bay Rays projected record 89-73. The rays have young talent and look to fight for a playoff spot
Toronto Blue Jays projected record 81-81. The Jays have a powerful offense that could make them contenders but it all comes down to pitching
New York Yankees projected record 77-85. The Yanks will score runs, but can they get a few arms.

AL Central
Detroit Tigers projected record 92-70. The Tigers should cruise right in to first in the Central
Kansas City Royals projected record 87-75. The Royals took steps last year can they take another step and get in the playoffs
Cleveland Indians projected record 86-76. Key departures may hurt Cleveland from getting in the playoffs, still could make a run though
Chicago White Sox projected Record 76-86. There is some talent on the way but they are not contenders
Minnesota Twins projected record 72-90. The Twins have some talent however they are not going to contend this year,

Al West
Texas Rangers projected record 91-71. Rangers look to slug their way in to the post season again but will front office changes hurt them
Oakland Athletics projected record 90-72. The A's bring back their young talent
Seattle Mariners projected record 84-78. The M's made some off season moves, they might be contenders this year
Anaheim Angels projected record 81-81. The Angers rather they like it or not are going to have to rebuild
Houston Astros projected Record 62-100. Houston will improve but this is still a bad team

NL. East
Washington Nationals projected record 93-69. The Nationals look to put the injuries behind them and reclaim the east
Atlanta Braves projected record 88-74. Key departures could cause the Braves to take a step back
New York Mets projected record 81-81. The Mets have pitching talent can they get some offense to go with it. If they can they could make a run
Philadelphia Phillies projected record 77-85. The Phils are going to have to start rebuilding
Florida Marlins projected record 70-92. Young talent that is developing but probably not ready to compete just yet

NL. Central
St. Louis Cardinals projected record 93-69. The Cardinals look to go deep into the playoff's again.
Cincinnati Reds projected record 92-70. The Reds have a new manager and this time the goal is to go deeper in the playoff's
Pittsburgh Pirates projected record 89-73. Pittsburgh looks to make another run into the playoffs
Milwaukee Brewers projected record 75-87. The Brewers have a not so good pitching staff, and the steroid scandal to get behind
Chicago Cubs projected record 71-91. The Cubs should improve but they are not going to move up this year

NL. West
San Francisco Giants projected record 92-70. The Giants look to put the injuries behind them and stand tall in the west.
Los Angeles Dodgers projected record 89-73. The Dodgers hope their injuries do not come back in their offense. Their pitching is up there though
Arizona Diamondbacks projected record 85-77. Arizona hopes their offense and young pitching can get them noticed
Colorado Rockies projected record 81-81. The Rockies will score as always but if their pitching comes together they will either contend or falter
San Diego Padres projected record 77-85. The Padres have very good pitching but a horrible offense.

Woah woah woah. Yankees in last? No way. The Yankees have a very solid team. They havea bunch of great pitchers as well as batters. I say Rays first, Yankees second, Red Sox third, Orioles fourth, then Blue Jays fifth in the AL East. You are also being very generous for the Mets, I see them coming in last or second to last. This is all my opinion, I could be way off.

To me, it seems like most of the teams have records that are really high. I don't think the White Sox or Blue Jays will be as good as you say. And from watching the Tigers the last two years, expecting them to win that easily is hard to say. Should they win the division? Of course? Will they? I think so. Will it be hard? I think both Kansas City and the Indians could actually not be too far behind us this year.

Also, stuff like this fits fine in this thread. Gonna close this to prevent more predictions and anything.
