Mine, would be when I first played Mega Man Legends 2. I did not have the correct weapons, I also did not buy life ups and energy drinks. I went on a mission and I got killed. What was bad was I also did not save my game before then. Yeah not one of my greatest moments playing video games

I told my infantry and archers to hold this position in Mont & Blade Warband, while I scouted ahead on my horse and took out a few guys with my crossbow. I assumed that evey one would attack once the enemy got close enough, but they just continued to hold the line as the enemy got within arms length. They didn't attack all at once, so almost half of my soldiers, and all of my archer got knocked out or killed, till I came over the hill and saw what was happening. I told them to charge, and they did. My men obliterated the enemy tundra bandits there, but If only I had known that I had to tell my men to charge in order for them to meet the enemy fully, rather than waiting on my command.
