Spyshadow

Having heard the news from of everything Spyshadow has to make some tough decisions. First of all he decides that everyone needs food and that we all do need to eat, yes an average person can go 7 days without food but with that no-one would be in a fit state to do anything, we need to eat at least once a day if we want to stay on top of the elements. For this he tells everyone to take their fair share of food (which is currently 3 each.) He tells them if needed to eat as we don't want to get weak through being hungry!

His next decision had to be what to do about batpig? Well he knows that he needs attention and they cant take too long to give it to him, so we will need to find him an antidote as soon as possible. We will take him with us as we need as many people as possible to survive to get through this. We don't know how long we are going to be here and each person can help with supplies, so it is vital we save him!

The next point of business is where do we go? With the news of the desert temple entrance he has a glimmer of hope. A desert temple provides a temporary shelter! It was clear to him where it would be best to head to to begin with. He tells everyone that this is the best place to head for. He explains his reasons of why this is the best area to head (Shelter, etc) and tells everyone to move out when we are all ready, we leave no man behind.

With most of the problems having a short term goal it takes a large weight off of his mind. These people need help, and with being the most experienced with this happening before he knows that he will be their best chance of survival for now. He knows he isn't a natural born leader but he also knows that this is the role he is meant to play.

Spyshadow goes to the items we have and takes 3 pieces of food, a sword, the pick and the axe. He knows these are going to be needed and they need to be kept safe and knows of no safer place then on him. It is not for the fact that he distrusts any one else but can he trust them? He knows he has to but can not get a nagging feeling that some of them are all in this for themselves.

Once he has the items he asks Mickey to collect the chest, the bucket of water, four wooden planks and the flint and steel. He has to trust someone and who better than the one who found the area they are going to move to? 

Spyshadow then eats one portion of his food and gets ready for the treacherous trek to where the desert temple lies.
 

Carlos (Maguc)

Went out to kill some mobs.
Came back to group with 2 string from spiders and 3 rotten flesh from zombies.
Grabbed 2 chicken and ate one.

I say to the group: We can't survive just like this. We need a group to go out and find some minerals in order to make a base to survive.

I mentally prepar myself for the trek across the desert.
I pick up a wooden sword from a nearby chest.
I say to the group: We'd best be going!

I continue to walk, trying to make small talk to calm my  nerves, but my social skills aren't even prepared for this.
We walk by a dying spider snagged on a cactus, he seems docile, but too hurt to make it. I put it out of it's misery, hoping I'm not next.
I drink my last drop of water.

Spyshadow

Overhearing Quhark muttering to himself about roles not being assigned knows he needs to keep morale up and not let anyone feel like they aren't needed or don't belong so he speaks up and tell everyone that he won't be assigning roles for anyone until we are in a position to do so., and he feels we won't be until we get into somewhere safer.

We've just met yet we're talking like long-lost friends. Of course I forgive you! Thanks for the sword. You seem to have much more luck finding things than me. From now on we're a team. Agreed?" (Talking to Nnamdi). Suddenly Marcus just remembered something. His head jerked upwards. "Wait a second, how did you know my name in the first place?!"

Adopts a fighting stance with the sword and becomes more cautious for a fight.

"Answer me!!"

Carlos (Maguc)

With some of the wood the group has, I make myself a pickaxe
Go to a nearby cave in hopes of finding any ore/material we could use.

Made a Wooden Pickaxe
Secretly followed Carlos (maguc) to the cave

I'm making another large update. It will include large sections of story-line, updated rules, and much more.

Without further ado, here's the much needed update:

Rules Update

Due to a few complaints, I need to make a new rule.

Don't create random objects, randomly pick up weapons, or do anything of that sort. There's a difference between light-hearted and random actions.

For example, you're right now in a desert... It's not like you're going to have an abundance of wood or bows. Think.

To help you out, I'll start editing random or non-sensical posts. Just try to think more and stop creating items from thin air.

That said, let's get back to playing!

Storyline

*Mickey Devane (thelastrequim) manages to distract the mobs. This allows Ximex and Bad Santa (awesomeguy279) to retrieve the body.

*SpyShadow (Inflim) knows that they don't have the resources to help Batpig (Blubcreator). He decides to take him along, hoping for any medicines along the way that may help.

*Quhark, Carlos (maguc), and Tatsuo Kaori (mariowin13) are up ahead and wait for the others. It will be quite a trek.

*Mickey Devane (thelastrequim) sees the a temple beacon in the far distance. Excitedly, he tells the group.

*You (the group) learns that a temple may be within reach, far ahead. If you can find civilization, you might be saved!

*Marcus (steel_attacker) and Ian (zanderlex) read the message. There's no way to guage their reactions. They have not yet decided whether to share with the group.

*Gabriel (starwars293) and Nnamdi (SuperMarioFan908) join in and start the trek.



*It's dark, but the group manages to survive using the wooden swords in shifts.

*You finally reach the temple.

*To rejoice, you each eat some of the food and replenish your health.

The inside of the temple looks ominous. What secrets could it hold?

Finally, Quhark realizes that there's a map on the wall. He knows what he's wishing for...

'Oh. My. Herobrine.' he whispers.



*The group stretches and lays down to sleep knowing that the temple beacon stops mob spawns within 25 blocks of the temple.

*Ximex and Mickey Devane (thelastrequim) lay Batpig (Blubcreator) to sleep. Many fall asleep instantly.

And thus ends Day 2.
