It's a little sludgy thing with a smile and antennae.
It's purple and cute.

There is also Pichu, which is like a mini Pikachu with bigger ears.

So, that's pretty much a cuteness overload for now, so, ciao!

I am going to go with Dendenne. It's basically a variation of Pikachu and when I first saw it in the anime, I fell in love with it because it is so cute.

The whole Cleffa line is adorable. Especially since Clefairy and Clefable have cute, little, squeaky cries. I just love tapping my Clefable on the summary screen in X/Y LOL.

Vulpix, because it's fluffy looking, and is almost like a 'SURPRISE' when it uses it's attacks, because it is cute and strong and fluffy and all that mixed together! My favorite color is red. Vulpix also evolves into Ninetales, which looks like a beautiful regal queen. So, in summery, Vulpix, cute playful princess, then turns into Ninetales, a beautiful queen!

There are so many really adorable Pokémon like Pichu, Togepi, and Eevee but I'd say that Pichu would be it.

The cutest to me would be Eevee, it just looks so huggable!!! 

I always found Pikachu, Togepi, Clefairy, Onix Abra and other Pokémon very cute. For me, I think the cutest Pokémon is Togepi or Hoppip. But like I said, I like Abra as well.

I'm a man, I'm 27 years old. Dare I say something is CUTE? Well, I guess if I had to pick one, it would be Togepi. I remember when I was playing Pokémon Gold, I received an egg after I beat the first gym. When it finally hatched I thought "Wow...I wonder if I'll get something like a Cyndaquil or a Squirtle or something." But it was a Togepi. And I hate to admit this, but I swear to you my first thought was "Oh! How cute is that!" I kid you not, thats exactly what I was thinking. My wife saw it too, and of course she thought the same thing. I'd go with Togepi.

It would have to be a tie between Pichu and Togepi. Pichu because it is like a funny toddler and Togepi because it is a baby that keeps its egg shell. Plus I used to scream "TOGE-PRRRYYYY" around my house as a 6-year-old.
