hello there guys!

i want to know this time, what could exist in the future versions of vizzed rgr (retro gaming room) plugin? it will be avaiable the playstation 2,

nintendo ds, nintendo 3ds, gamecube, wii, wii u, xbox, xbox 360, xbox one, playstation 3,4,5, etc? how much time i have to wait to play these

systems in future? 

any answer is welcome...

For at least another 20 years or 30 probably I bet before we get to play all these if the site is still up. But even then david would have to find a new coder for the plugin since I think tom760 told him he wouldn't work on anymore updates unless I am mistaken.

But yea, it'll be a very, very long time before those kinds of emulators end up on here. Possibly even never. There is still a very large amount of games on here already so let's just enjoy those for now

It has been officially established many times by David in the past that these are likely never going to happen. Way too many legal issues with it (would take a good 20 years for those to not be as big of a deal). But on top of that, the average home computer is barely good enough to stream Playstation games here. Some can, but that is a LOT of info to stream effectively. On top of that, current games are HUGE compared to retro games. 100's times larger (even thousands in some cases). Streaming games of that size on the site sucks of  a LOT of the server bandwidth. Just having a few people streaming those through the site would crash the server constantly. A server that has the bandwidth remotely capable of streaming that much information would cost a fortune to purchase, and it would cost a fortune ever month just to keep running. This site is funded completely on advertisements and donations. Getting that kind of a server will likely never happen.
