ZSNES Emulator Crashes, when I go fullscreen

So I was trying to play Final Fantasy Vi -The eternal crystals and when I pressed Alt+Enter the game screen turned black about 1-2secs and then screen just vanished and must restart the emulator again. Tried some other games too, if the problem was just in this one game. But it happened what ever game I play that runs with ZSNES emulator. Tried to change screen resolutions, but that did not really help at all. Because when I changed it, my PS controller did not work anymore and had to restart the emulator again.... Help is appreciated.

And I can play GBA/Sega games full screen without any problems, so it's not my controller that is broken.
