I think compositions like those are called music, not song.

If the question is 'music with most meaning', I'll go for Canon in D major by Pachelbel, Moonlight sonata( 3 movements) by Beethoven, Gavotte ( i dont know who composed it), and Caprice ( the 24 caprices) by Niccolo Paganini.

Off the top of my head one of the songs with the most meaning to me is Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix.
It's pretty straightforward; it's about a man who suspects his wife of cheating and kills her.

I like Stairway to Heaven, but its lyrics are either ridiculously cryptic or pretty much meaningless. Either way I'm not inclined to say that I understand it from the bottom of my heart...
