I haven't noticed anyone else mention it, but a current favorite of mine on the PC is a game called 'Enigma'. If any of you remember the game 'Oxyd', it is a far updated version of that game, with levels that range from the childishly easy to the devilishly impossible (although someone, somewhere has obviously solved them). There are still levels that I keep going back to, either to try to solve them for the first time or to try to better my original time, and there are new level-packs in the pipeline.

My favorite pc games are duke nukem 3d and quke 2 bboth the best examples of the first person shoot em ups in fact they are really the only one that I like in that genre.

I dunno, The Sims, Spore, GTA SA (the moding and online is just GOLD), and some other games like Sim city and all.

Bamswby : I loved Star Wars Battlefront, but the Xbox (3) and PSP version (2), I just love the space combats, it was what that got me hocked.

I will try Diablo... once I get more info and find it.

I love the old Pajama Sam and Putt Putt games, I don't care if they're made for little kids I still like to play them. The Sims, all the Quake games, Spore, the Duke Nukem games and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas (getting the mods for it makes it completely amazing and literally endless fun) are also PC games I love. I love almost every PC game I've ever played though.
