I don't like this new rule. 
One warning was enough. But I guess if you were going to let off Zanderlex it wouldn't be fair to the rest.

I personally think it is risky to offer a staff position as a prize and yet the rules are too lenient.

Well I am glad that we all at least have an extra chance, I think it was a good decision to make it 3 strikes even before being eliminated completely. I am hoping I can hold up because that one day that I was dq'd I could've made some points and it really would've helped me out considering where I am at now, I am down by 19 points and at a huge disadvantage. I plan to do some serious reviewing today though, so be on the lookout, I am not giving up so easily!
