Kadabra, Machoke, Haunter and Graveler can evolve if you reach a certain level. I think about Level 30 - Level 45. I also guess Kadabra will evolve earlier than Machoke because an Abra evolves earlier than a Machop.

How to get those Pokémon?

Kadabra: Evolve Abra, You can get Abra on Route 25.
Machoke: Evolve Machop or catch one in the Mt. Ember. You can catch Machop in the Rock Tunnel.
Graveler: Evolve Geodude or catch one in the Cerluean Cave. You can catch a Geodude in the Mt. Moon.
Haunter: Evolve Gastly or catch one in the Pokémon Tower. You can find Gastly there as well.
