Can you guys help?

Have you tried using a different browser. Sometimes Firefox and Maxathon will block chat rooms. I do not know why but sometimes it does and it will throw up an error sign. Maybe you can try chrome or another browser and see if that helps you any.

To be honest, I am not really sure what to say about this to be honest. Has chat worked for you before while using mozilla firefox? I am using chrome and even though I don't go into chat that often, it still works for me. That would be my alternate suggestion is to try chrome and see if that works instead. I have tried mozilla fox just for posting on vizzed but I haven't actually tried going into the chatroom with it, maybe it might work. 

I will say though, Its pretty weird how it says it can't establish a connection with vizzed though. Hopefully switching to chrome helps.
