One of the games that I was playing on Colecovision used "joy 1 up" for my character to jump and it was very annoying. I had the bright idea of reprogramming the P1 up button to "joy 1 button 0".

Afterward, when I pressed "joy 1 button 0" OR "joy 1 up" nothing happened, but when I pressed them both at the same time the character jumped.

Is there any way to eliminate "joy 1 up" from the equation entirely?

I haven't tried any other Colecovision games to see if this happens in all of them but I will say that the controls menu is only intermittently accessible with Firefox so I switched to Chrome

This has to do with assigning the keys to your controller (joy = gamepad and not keyboard), correct?

You can start over with the configuration of the controls by deleting the conig files from your RGR Plugin Data folder.

If you're uysing Widows Vista or above, go to this file path on your computer:
C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginUser-408688MESS

Delete these 2 configuration files:
-coleco
-default
