Hello, I'm ForeverLoveL. My friend told me about Vizzed so I thought I'd check it out. I love video games so this is the perfect place for me, but could someone please give me a few how-to instructions because I'm completely new here.

First of all, you are posting, you gain Viz (the currency of this website) in order to have a chance to play games. All of the games on this website requires a certain amount of Viz so that a person can play a game. So that's a good start!
How do you keep gaining viz? You keep posting then people can reply back to you in order for you and other people to gain viz, you can also reply to other people's threads, or visit this website everyday! There are plenty of ways to gain Viz so you have many chances to play many games.

*Also, if you post 10+ in at least 7 days, you will become a member of Vizzed which means you will get some more freedom than when you were in the newbie status.

*Take the newbie quiz to earn Viz but be sure to read the rules of this website in advance.

In order to play games, you will need to download the plugin required to play the games here. Here is the link:

Once you download the plugin, you can go to the Retro Game Room on the top of the page to search for a game and play it!

As for the help you asked for, you've already been given some great advice so far (kudos to ghostfishy and tornadocam), but I would like to add that many games can be played without the plugin, so it isn't necessary to install it, but I would highly recommend it, as it opens up so many new gaming possibilities, and many systems even require the plugin for all of their games. And yes, the plugin is 100% free and safe, so there's nothing to fear.

And about the forums, always read the rules for a particular forum before posting in it. Also make sure each post you make is at least ten words long. If you do that, stay nice and friendly, and keep it family friendly, you'll do fine and have a blast.
