I don't normally toast my bread, but on the occasions that I do, I like fruit jams, butter, and various versions of nut butter (like almond and cashew butter). Delicious!

I like butter and jelly added onto mine, either one of them alone is good, but when they are added together, they taste even better. I like either regular grape jelly or apple jelly on mine, any kind of jelly is sure to be good. Grilled cheese is also good occasionally as well, I really like grilled cheese, yet I don't have it as often as I would like too....that's odd....
