A game boy advance, I had donkey Kong country, Pokémon pinball, and f-zero GP legends, and also a ton of old game boy games like super Mario land and an old winnie the pooh game. I remember getting so frustrated with donkey Kong country advanced, it really gritted my teeth during the last world (and I always thought the industrial land's boss was a pushover)

My first one was a Game Boy Color. I got the teal colored one. I believe I was about 6 or 7. I had my Grandparents buy me a Pokemon game, Donald Goes Quakers, and some racing game. As soon as I got home though ( my Grandparents had flown out to visit me ) , my step - mom took it all from me, because she did not believe in video games now ( entirely different story now that my little brother who has autism plays videos games, and it keeps him out of her hair ). That was back when she was a hypocrite and hated me though.

I have never had very many handheld consoles. I have played my share of games on the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and the rest of the older handheld consoles, but I never actually owned any of them. I was six years old when my mom took me to Target on our usual shopping trips and instead of buying the usual food or clothes, she handed me a purple Gameboy Color box and a kiddy Disney games. I must have died one happy little squirt that day because that toy never left my hands afterwards.

I miss that old machine, but I am sure my little cousin is still having the time of her life with it.
