EideticMemory : I'd say that I'm somewhere in the middle as well. I'm not even going to attempt putting my leg behind my head because I know it wouldn't end well. I can do the Limbo well though.

My lack of flexibility is actually embarrassing. It probably goes along with the saying "I have the grace of a flopping fish". I know stretching is good and should help with flexibility... and I know I should stretch more, but I have a hard time motivating myself to.

Yeah, I'd consider myself flexible. I'm probably the most flexible out of my friends that are guys, and to be fair, I was in gymnastics xD. Luckily, I never had to wear a leotard, because that would've been the worst thing in my life xD. It's already embarrassing enough for me to be able to say I was in gymnastics. The sadder part is that I didn't stay in gymnastics long enough to learn to do flips. I can do flips perfectly on a trampoline, but on the ground? I don't even want to attempt it xD.

I am 34 years old and I can reach my toes without bending my knees, though I don't think myself as "flexible" but it is good enough for me. There are guys my age who cant even see their own crotch anymore.

Well, I am the complete opposite of being flexible, I'm more stiffed, not sure why, but everything I try to be flexible, I end up cramping myself, even after working out, it still feels the same.

My one party trick is turning my feet 180 degrees in the opposite direction.  I had an orthopedist where I work take a look at it, and he thinks I have Ehler's Danlos syndrome... Haha, I don't agree.

I can, however, easily put my feet behind my head and I sit either lotus or half lotus, even when in a chair, since it is more comfortable for me than sitting with my feet on the floor.

As for my arms, I can go thumb to wrist, but there's not much else I can do.
