Interesting question. I would swap my male nipples for the ability to climb walls like a spider.
Male nipples serve no use as far as I know and having half of the abilities of Spiderman would be amazing. I don't want to deal with sticky, guey web and the process of my body making it, so I'll stick with the simpler one.

I would trade my feet for the ability to fly. That way I would never really need my feet because I could just always be hovering a little over the ground. I could even get some custom made shoes to fit the bottom of my legs to make it like I had feet from far away. I think flying would just be awesome it's my favorite super power also

I would trade my toes for a kangaroo-type tail. Toes only help in balance, and with a tail like a kangaroo, I can pretty much do the same, plus a couple of other things!

I would also trade my two legs to have wings on my back, wings are better than legs anyways.

I would swap my hair for gills and/or webbed hands and feet. Wouldn't it be cool to almost glide underwater, and be as graceful as a dolphin, or as swift as a shark homing in to end it's prey? I think hands down that an adaptation such as gills could open up many new frontiers for humans, especially considering water takes up more than 3/4 of the Earth.
