I have the Atari 2600 emulator.  I also have some games for it.  They do not show up on my games list, why?  Also how do I go about removing/selling them back to Vizzed, when I tire of them?

I cant really comment on the game's not appearing on your list but I do know how to sell the games.

Basically when you are the game [age of a game you have brought there is a embedded link quoting "Sell this game for *insert Viz amount here*".
I don't see why atari games are worth the effort selling since they are only worth roughly 1 to 10 viz, but hey you get half your money back each time.

When you own a game system item, playing games for that system won't show up on your game profile. Likewise, if you own the V-Machine no games at all will show up on your game profile after "buying" them.

Kinda strange in my opinion since I'd like to have the game show up on my profile as well as not spend Viz for it, which is why I sold my V-Machine item back.
