Right so when I try to play a game my controls don't seem to work like when I hit enter it does but none of the other game controls work for me and I cant figure out what the problem is. it's really frustrating and I need help resolving this issue.

What browser are you using? The controls don't often work when it comes to Internet Explorer.

Try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and see if that helps.

Oh and by the way this question belongs in the RGR Help

My apologies and I use Google Chrome and Vizzed Plug-In. I play mainly GBA and SNES emu when I use GBA it's fine but on SNES it seems to only let me use some controls like the enter key or the arrow keys but the rest don't seem to work.

For the emulators that support it, you might want to try using the alternate emulator "Mednafen"

To use, just load the game like you normally would. Then when the game window pops up, click the link in the upper left hand corner labeled "Play using Mednafen"

The drawback here is that your save states made in the other emulators does not work with Mednafen. The GOOD thing is that this emulator supports full-screen by holding alt+enter on your keyboard.

It also allows for recording of video game footage.

If that doesn't work, you could try un-installing the plugin. Restarting your PC, then re-installing it making sure that your browser is CLOSED during install.

What controller type or you using. It sounds like your controller may have a shortage in it. Or it is not pinging (the computer is not picking it up). Some controllers are not good at pinging with the computer. That is the only two things I can think of

Um using my mouse and keyboard as I always have and never had this issue until I was forced to install the plug-in again after having my computer wiped clean after a nasty virus.
