So, to reiterate the question: what is the most ridiculous fanfic you've ever read, and why? (And knowing the twisted minds of some fanfic writers out there on the Internet, please keep your description PG-level). Is it because of a pairing you knew would never happen, or cheesy dialogue? How about being for a fanbase you didn't even think deserved the luxury of fanfiction (*cough*Dance Moms*cough*). Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong part of the forum, but this is the fanfic center, so...

Anyway, I'm curious.

Mine was the infamous "My Immortal" Harry Potter fic. I actually quit several chapters in because it was too raunchy for me.

Dragonlord Stephi : Dance Moms have their own fanfics?! I actually tried My Immortal, it was almost "So bad it's good" but I couldn't take it anymore.

Anyway. I have two (Since I don't read fanfics often). "a sad lifes" a badly written Bee Movie x Shrek romance, murder, fic. And "Wario and Waluigi" where Wario and Waluigi go...Everywhere. Movies, star wars, Lord of the Rings parody world, you name it. I would have included one more, but the Veggie Tales and Star Wars fic was taken down.

A user of this : There was a veggie tales fanfic? Wow. Veggie tales is like my childhood in two words.

Anyways, back on topic. The most ridiculous fanfic I ever read has to be Half Life- Full Life Consequences. It was so poorly written with spelling errors, canonical errors, grammatical errors, and was just so funny when I first read it. Someone actually made a Youtube video of it using Half Life to animate the story which just made it even funnier. Here is the link to the video.

Flowers in a Box for the Sherlock fandom is ridiculous, but so worth it. It's one of those purposely bad fics, and it is so darn awful it's painful, so I recommend finding a dramatic reading on YouTube. The errors are a lot to suffer through otherwise, but it is hysterical. Trust me, in the last few chapters it gets good. (Well, still sort of badly written, but clever.)
Also in the Sherlock fandom (the Sherlock fandom is crazy) I found a story where one of their ridiculous joke ships was actually a thing, as in Mycroft actually married his umbrella. Um... what?
