Hello everyone,

I'm pretty new to this game, but with other hacks I've played, I need to know if all Pokemon that evolve by trading can level up to evolve. I have a Shelmet, and I don't know what level it evolves at. If you can help, I would appreciate it! Thanks!

You need to trade it for it to evolve. That is what I remember. Not sure. Not a Gen 5 fan.

I also wanted to post the same question. After many hours of playing this game I still have my doubts as to how to evolve certain Pokémon. Lets start off by saying that Pokémon can evolve naturally as they would in any other Pokémon game, for instance, picachu evolves using a thunderstone and totodile evolves by leveling up. Needless to say, I know what you ´re asking: What about Pokémon like Kadabra and Feebas? Well my friend... I'm still asking the exact same question, no one seems to have an answer yet. I'm new to playing hacks and I don't know if one can trade Pokémon with other people playing the same hack, I think that can't be done. However, you can still obtain many of the Pokémon you need to get through trades, they appear as wild Pokémon throughout the game play. I already caught Pokémon like alakazam and golem.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help but its a very complicated question as you see, it actually depends on the hack. On another Pokémon hack, I obtained Milotic by simply catching a feebas and using a water stone on it, I know that in any other regular Pokémon game that would be impossible to do, hence my comment. You can try doing stuff like that, I sincerely hope that someone comes along this thread and helps us solve this matter.

Best Regards!

It doesn't say that evolution trades have changed in the description, so I guess you'll need to trade or catch the evolution. Then again, I could be wrong, but you can still try other methods like high friendship or using an evolutionary stone, not certain if those would work, though.

From what I have seen during the game, it is not a possibility to evolve the Pokémon you need to trade, sorry!

darkSPStarmon01:

Shelmet into Accelgor evolves at Lv. 40.

Karrablast evolves at Lv. 40 too, except in to Escavilier.
