I often catch myself talking to myself. There's always this awkward silence when it happens, and then after a minute or two I catch myself doing it again.

I don't try to stop doing it, but I'm trying to learn myself only to do it at home, before I get in any embarrassing situations, haha.

I might not physically speak to myself, but I do ponder a lot of things in my head. This often happens when things get stressful, or I am forced to make a decision. I rarely ever find the need to talk aloud, however, my younger brother and sometimes my mother might speak to themselves on occasion.

I'm a very overly analytic person, so I spend a lot of time talking to myself mentally, whether its making an observation, or dissecting bits and pieces of a troublesome situation. I don't see a problem with quietly talking to yourself, if anything, it shows that you understand yourself better. I believe it also acts as an effective way to shake of stress or anxiety when under pressure.

Mr. Zed : Yes and no. I don't have like conversations with my self it's more like just the occasional motivational sentence. Like if I am running I'll say ok only 3 laps left. stuff along those lines nothing to major. In my head on the other hand I "talk to myself" by looking at both sides of the coin.

I talk to myself way too much considering the fact that I never say anything nice to myself. It's almost always hate. Tbh the people that bully me at school are a lot nicer to me than I am to myself.

I used to talk to myself but over time I never talk to myself anymore. My sister talks to herself though... all the time. I just don't feel the need to express myself to myself or anybody for that matter
