When morning dawns, we would wake up
Feelings of joy to start the day
Because soon we would meet
And find out what the other has to say

It wasn’t a lie
It was never a vow
This was something we believed

At the time, we didn’t know
All things must come to an end
Our only thoughts; the following day
Where we get to see our friend

Is this our goodbye?
Is our end now?
Have we both been deceived?

One morning we woke up,
And realized our great tragedy
The subtle demise wasn’t a surprise
This fact left me in agony

The final cry
The last ciao
Both of us will take our leave

Our bond grows weary
Each heart filled with sorrow
It is our destined ending
