I am playing Pokémon light platinum and I'm trying to catch them all and it sucks not having a town map to use to find locations of them all but I can not find any game shark codes for this. If you find them let me know where I can find them.

One of my favorite hacks I've found is Pokemon Ultra Violet. It takes the area from Fire Red and Leaf Green but expands a lot of things. Shiny Pokemon are easier to get for instance. You can find a lot of Pokemon where they should be also. Like Charmander can be found in the burnt down mansion. All the Pokemon from gens one through three are in it. Plus, you don't need to choose one of the Kanto starters. If you don't want them, Oak will let you catch your own starter. You have the choice of a lot of different Pokemon, including ones like Pichu and Dratini.

Most of the hacks don't have cheat codes but my favorite hack to date is Pokémon Light Platinum. It has all the Pokémon from first Gen to fifth I believe its got a good story and two different regions with 16 total gyms.

I honestly don't think that Vizzed will let you use cheat codes. But if you feel like its an absolute must just use the same cheat codes for the base of the rom hack. So if the rom was a base of Pokemon Ruby use Ruby Cheat codes. However, I would advise that you didn't because that just takes away half the fun of the game itself.

Now on to recommendations. Pokemon Ruby Destiny. The series in whole is extremely fun challenging and addictive if you can get into the storyline. Plus, the creator is currently developing a fourth installment. Another good game is Pokemon Dark Rising although the levels can get insane. A final recommendation is Pokemon Glazed. It has a really good storyline for it only being in beta 3... at least on Vizzed.

I love Pokemon hacks because there is so much extra to do, I would go with Light Platinum, Ash Gray, or Aquamarine.
