I actually don't put butter on anything. Or margarine. I mean, if a recipe calls for it, then I'll use it but other than that, I don't really like it. It's not for health reason's or taste or anything like that. I just don't use it.

Totts : not all kinds of butter are good for you. Have you ever heard of "I can't believe it's not butter" ? That brand of butter is made of good unsaturated fats. I would say that kind of butter is better than margarine.  I love butter too! But try to refrain from eating too much.

I always thought it was the other way around and margarine was better for you then butter.  I thought butter always had bad fats in it making margarine a better alternative.  I usually don't eat either though.  I don't like them XD

It tastes far worse than butter, and is definitely worse for you than butter. I love butter. It is not good for you, whatsoever, but it is great to put on many different foods. I enjoy butter on bread, toasted bread, bagels, English muffins, muffins, potatoes, and other such foods. The only other superior flavor enhancer/condiment is soy sauce, and not by much.
