As the title says, in what way are you stronger than how you look on the outside? Are there things on the inside that only people who actually know you know about, or are there even things that no one knows about (yet)?

I myself do not look like anything special on the outside...I am not too particularly buff, but I make sure that I am not a weakling either lol. Many people say I am pretty smart, and people could have used the tag "nerd" on me for a while, back in middle school. I have changed that a bit, not for being in high school and image is everything, but it was not appealing to me to always be the smartest kid in class...I felt like an alien, and after a while, I have been much more active in my community, playing sports, but no, I have not grown dumber in doing so. Anyways, I have met people and have friends who are much smarter than me lol. 

I am more religious and quite frankly, emotional, than what a person might think. No, I do not cry easily, but I just feel really bad, like my soul is getting crushed, when I see something wrong, like animal abuse, bullying, all that stuff. The movie Radio with Cuba Gooding Jr...now that was a really emotional movie for me. I am religious as well, but not "too religious", like almost a superstitious kind of religion. Hard to explain, sorry. I guess I would call myself more religious possibly because the environment I live in, my community, is not religious at all really, just my family and sprinkling of others. So that being said, I am no more religious than you might think. 

Anyways, what may be some ways that you are stronger than you look? 

Emotionally. Definitely emotionally. I'm a very sensitive person, and I do cry easily, but not from hurt, I just feel for others, and yes, I cry at beauty.

However, I can take a pretty hard hit, and still bounce back, and most wouldn't know I was the least bit bothered by anything, and honestly, for the most part, I'm not (bothered by it). I do suffer at times though, if something happens to someone I really love, but that's usually the only way I get too badly hurt. Life has taught me to let the other stuff go.

I am physically, mentally, and emotionally tough.  I work out, I run marathons and play sports, and I can sustain a high volume of physical fitness.  With that comes the confidence and ability to handle mental stress and physical discomfort.  Things that hurt don't bother me as much as they may bother others.  I don't have a massive pain threshold and my wife is much tougher than I am but I can take the discomfort of physical distress more than the average person.  At least I don't complain about it.

I can also withstand emotional pain.  I accept things like death and people moving away and change without problems.  I accept criticism and build on others' suggestions, and I feel confident and comfortable in myself to withstand 'bullying' and people trying to pick on me.  I don't remember the last time I took offense to something someone said without carefully evaluating their words.

Lastly, I'm stronger than I look because I always seek opinions of those who are successful.  I learn and listen and do my best to constantly improve myself.  I make every day a masterpiece if I can.

I remember in 9th grade I was still coming into my own and looked kinda dorky.  Well in gym class we had a basketball tournament and a lot of the kids thought I would be easy pickins.  Little did they know me and my neighborhood crew used to play nearly everyday after school and I was the best in the neighborhood (kinda tied w/ my buddy, we were both good).  I whooped the crap outta everybody except 2 kids out of the 50 or so in my class it was awesome.  After that the basketball team kept trying to recruit me but I always just liked to play for fun.

Some people when they have first met me they have thought I am just a stupid thug by looking at me but have been surprised to learn that I am actually pretty well educated on many subjects and that I have interest in subjects like history, theology and beyond. "Hey, you are actually a pretty smart guy." is a phrase I have heard a lot and sometimes it has sort of offended me but not so much anymore.

Well, I guess I have more wits and intellect than what I look like and that is a true strength.

I can't back down from anyone. Even if I want too, my mind, body & heart just won't let me. I'm small (5'8' 135 lbs) with chronic illnesses & I still fought so much in school & got suspended so many times that people don't believe me when I tell them.

Well I look skinny and kinda weak but I am strong .. somewhat.. physically. And I have some good mind power too .. Some people say I remind them of Goofy but I am actually pretty smart. 

people look at me as someone who is big and slow. but, i am not all that slow. i am acctually pretty quick to telll you the truth.

People see me as a normal person who pretty weak but still stays calm in every situation. I'm actually a little strong sometimes, not too strong but stronger than some think, and I can be a little emotional about some stuff. Also I am a little smarter than what others think.

I look and act pretty calm and laid back, but when people are annoying, my friends say I get a bit aggresive, but that's probably because most people don't expect me that way, so when I get a bit angry some people are like: 'huh, but he's so nice'.

Since I mainly gain muscle in my legs, I don't look physically strong. But you'd be amaze how long I can bike for without getting tired. My brain is also strong; I have an IQ of about 130. Although, my glasses might give it away a little...
