I know I know you guys have probably heard about a million games by now but hey let's make it a million and one.

technically thats not possible, (i dunno if you were joking or not ) but first vizzer has to be trademarked and plus Jay can't copyright his game, so therefore, there is no infringment. If that were case Square Soft could sue everyone that uses anything Final Fantasy in RPG Maker. Which is a lot.
