So, when I was a child, I was a big fan of Lego. I used to always play with them. Nowadays, they're really expensive. I am 16, and I still like playing with Lego products. Since I'm a huge Star Wars nerd, I picked up the LEGO set, Jabba's Sail Barge as one of my Christmas presents. LEGO makes kits of bricks to create scenes. They're a good brain exercise, especially the sets without a DETAILED manual. So I'm curious. Am I strange for still liking LEGO?

Not at all man. People that play video games that they played as a kid are pretty much doing the same thing as you are. I probably wouldn't run around you school telling everybody but really there is nothing at all wrong with it. I play it action figures sometimes and I am almost 21 with a daughter. Do what you like no mater what man.

Of course not man, I am still kind of into lego, I have a whole bunch of sets, most of them are lego city though. I don't see how you think it could be strange, kids older than us and even adults collect legos, they are just very popular. Most people would say they are for little kids, but there are grown ups that collect them as well.

Even still, who cares what people think, legos are awesome toys regardless. I have been collecting them since I was 6! So no I don't think you are strange for liking them, they are just an awesome and very likable toy.

Just like everyone had said before, not at all! Lego is an amazing toy great for all ages. I still build a couple things now and then and I'm the same age as you. Sometimes my dad even builds a few things and he's over 40 XD. You can never be too old for lego! So don't worry, you're not weird at all.

Not in the slightest. You really can't grow out of them, I still mess with them from time to time as well. Lego will never fail to be amazing.

PixelBrick : NO. I am 15, and I will never give up on legos. I have so many old lego's ( none of the new ones due to price ) and I still love them. As long as you like it, you shouldn't care what others think.

I don't think it's Strange,  I used to be an lego addict myself.

Even I like playing with old and sometimes kid like stuff, If you enjoy it I don't see why it would be weird, but my answer for this is No.

Definitely not! I'm 15 and I still play with lego's. They're always fun, no matter how old you are.

Nope. When I was little, I used to play with a gundam action figure. I used to come up with these crazy stories, and a lot of fanfics (don't judge me). A decade later, I still play with the same figure. Only difference is that I make original stories now... that, and now I'm 17. I don't run around telling people that I play with it, but people close to me know it.

Normal 16 year old boys and girls think "Oh that's for kids.", but on vizzed we understand eachother.
Don't pay attention to the (*not suitable for children*)s and (*not suitable for children*)es, because you can make wonderfull things with LEGO.
And what if they don't like it, I have a bucket full of it in my room and I make something all the time (I made a working semi-auto gun with rubber bands).

"Do what you want, as long as you don't destroy others properties or hurt them" <-- This is the definition of freedom.

I don't think it's strange at all.  People who make Lego's are grown ups, so it can't be strange for a grown up to play with them.

Plus I'm 29 and I play Barbie's with first graders!  Though it's my job kinda I do have fun with it!

I will admit I've also had a strange addiction to Legos as a kid and even today I find playing with Legos to still be quite amusing and I'm sure other kids within your age also still like playing with Legos as well.I don't think it's possible to be too old for legos I believe it depends on how addicted you are too them.

Nope, I firmly believe Lego is appropriate for all ages. I have collected Lego basically my entire life, and I would continue to collect it if I had the money. (Brand new Lego sets are so expensive!) In fact, we have a small spare room at my parent's house dedicated just to our Lego collection; it's best to keep all the pieces in one location.

I can spend hours building Lego and not get bored. Last year I re-built my Hogwarts castle (probably the biggest single set that I own). I looked at the clock and five hours had flown by.

Nope! I have played with LEGO products forever! I used to have tons of sets and I would head straight to the store and buy another one if I had the money! They are fun especially the more complex sets! You can sit there and build a castle or a mansion what ever you want and look at the time and it be several hours later! I'm 18 and it doesn't matter if your 5 or 60 years old you can never be to old to play LEGOS!

Like I said before dude, I don't know why you would consider yourself strange for a little thing like this, there are older kids and even adults who collect legos! I don't see what is wrong with it, they are a great thing to collect! Who cares how old you are. I admit, I still have some lego city sets. There's no shame in collecting them, they are a great toy and perhaps one of the best out there. There are countless set and they are a worldwide thing. Some kids try to act like they are too cool for it, but in actuality, you aren't alone, there are tons of 16 year old guys and girls out there who also collect them. So don't feel so ashamed of it!

I find it very strange, because of course LEGOs are weapons of mass destruction designed on causing the most pain possible for the feet.

Of course not, it is okay to still like legos. They help you to be more creative and you're never to old to train your brain. Not to mention the fact that they are fun to play with. Plus, you never know, it could help you get a degree in types of architecture.

Not at all. If it's something you love doing and it brings you joy, why not? I just turned 20 and I crochet? Is that weird? Maybe a little, but I enjoy it and the out come always makes it worth doing.
