How do you create Pokemon hacks, like the ones here on Vizzed, and then submit them to Vizzed for people to play? I have some good ideas for a hack I want to learn how to make one.

Well first you need all the tools which can be found by seaching "Pokemon rom hacking tools" Then you also need the pokemon rom you are doing it. But also while doing it for the first time you will learn a lot and there is plenty of tutorials online(unsure how well since I haven't really made a rom hack.) but they usually teach pretty well. After you learn you use what you learn and make the hack how you wanted if you can.

There is already a thread that answers this question. There is a forum dedicated to this. Earthwarrior made several threads explaining how to do this, so be sure to check them out if you want to learn how to make pokemon hacks. Hopefully that this helps.
