Dear: Viewers
It's me, Jowee the raposa (that's ra-poo-sa i'm tired of everyone getting it wrong) and I have to bear some terrible news. Apparently the staff ordered relinquish022 to stop making pokemon reviews due to some suggestive stuff or something... and also if anyone read the last review it was so long and Leo worked so hard non-stop without a break he had a dizzy spell after writing about the true meaning of the offensive nazi symbol, apparently before those jerks used it it meant peace and prosperity, kinda why it was on the japanese banned Golbat card. Anyways he fell on some of Andy's puke, and the combination of both traumatic moments put him in the hospital, don't know when he's coming back... but I vowed to cover for him while he left using notes and comics he made before the incident. So relinquish sent a message to pass on the legacy without him, so sadly he will never do a poke-review again. But Leo left one very special review written, and it's about one of the original 150 pokemon who today once again stands as the strongest pokemon of all. So here it goes.

In the beginning, there was nothing. That all changed when Arceus created the universe. To maintain the new world, he created Palkia to control space, Dialga to control time, and punished Giratina for misbehavior to the loneliness of the reverse world where he controlled anti-matter. Life began to spread on a certain planet, earth. Among many animals, one took the power of the avatars used by the 4 deities while they stay in this world, pokemon. Unlike Arceus, Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina who used pokemon bodies to see the world they made and control, even though the pokemon were greatly limiting their strength they still were the most powerful beings in the world. However, this animal who had the power was a natural pokemon, not a simple tool to be used by a godly force. It's name was mew, and it was the ancestor of all the pokemon we see today. Some are powerful, some just like animals in appearance and power (some even weaker than animals, MAGIKARP). We humans have learned to work together with pokemon as friends, helping each other in times of need... unfortunately there are always those with dark hearts. An evil organization used data collected by scientists about the thought to be extinct Mew, who was thought to be the strongest pokemon of it's time long before others came around after the coming of humans. They even found some DNA belonging to Mew, and used this to replicate a stronger pokemon, one that would claim the title strongest pokemon in existence, subject Mew-2. Along with other experiments to create stronger versions of pokemon and even attempts to bring people back to life from their DNA, all test failed, except for Mew-2. Upon awakening, the experiment wreaked havoc until convinced by the leader of the organization to let him help to "focus" his strength, when in reality he would prevent excessive use of his amazing power but keep just enough for world domination. Upon realizing his betrayal, the project, now known as Mewtwo, left to challenge more foes to train and become more powerful. However, he was not the strongest. In reality it was Arceus, creator of life. However, the being could not use the full amount of his power in this body, so and when Mewtwo discovered the power of special stones from Kalos he and other cloned Mewtwo's were able to become much more powerful to the point of surpassing Arceus' pokemon form. Now today, Mewtwo is so far the most powerful pokemon in the world...

Yeah whatever now to prove my point I'll be reviewing Mewtwo, so yeah, there's that little history about the game.

Mewtwo, like Mew (who isn't actually extinct) is an esper, err, I mean psychic type. Wait a minute, esper is the japanese name because of ESP, and that means... OH ESPURR! It's a psychic cat! Haha, you are very funny people Game Freak! Now anyways it's a psychic type, big newsflash btw, and is the most powerful pokemon in the game stat-total wise. Like many other legends, it has the sucky ability, pressure. This ability doubles enemy PP usage, but it's not that useful when fighting other trainers. It's bad if the opponent knows the ability because in the long run along your journey you'll have less PP until the next heal point. So that's a lose lose situation. The hidden ability is unnerve, you know, like in Chargestone Cave whenever you fight a Joltik? Oh noes me can't eats fruit NUUUUU!!! Anyways at least unnerve has SOMETHING going for it, not like you would ever have to drag out a battle until the opponent runs out of PP with a MEWTWO. It makes no sense! But what DOES make me feel better is that we now go into it's stats.
HP: 106
Attack 110
Defense 90
Sp Attack 154
Sp Defense 90
Speed 130
Wait what? You say that's NOT as high as the total of Arceus? Well it's off by only 40, and theres always a FREAKING MEGA STONE!!! XD
In fact, Mewtwo has 2 mega forms, X and Y. X is more defensive and is psychic fighting and Y is more offensive, whereas Sp Attack is higher than X's Attack and Mewtwo is better off learning special moves.
X
Ability steadfast, increases speed after every flinch.
HP 106
Attack 190
Defense 100
Sp Attack 154
Sp Defense 100
Speed 130
Y
Ability insomnia, can't fall asleep.
HP 106
Attack 150
Defense 70
Sp Attack 194
Sp Defense 120
Speed 140

Now Mewtwo doesn't learn moves for a long time, but he/she/it starts with 4 moves. These moves are... *does 1.5 times more damage if X*
Confusion: 50x1.5 damage and 100 accuracy, it CAN confuse opponents but I've never seen it happen lol
Disable: Removes the opponents last used move for 4 turns.
Safeguard: Prevents status conditions for 5 turns.
Swift: 60 damage and infinite accuracy, never misses, EVER. EVAAAR!
Future Sight: Takes effect 2 turns after it's used, does 120x1.5 damage and has 100 accuracy.
Psych Up: Jealous of your opponent using stat changes for 5 turns? Use this to copy all the raised stats onto yourself! Yay... I think...
Miracle Eye: It lets dark pokemon get hit by "esper" moves and also increases your accuracy.
Psycho Cut: 70x1.5 damage and 100 accuracy, critical hits land easier.
Guard Swap:?I can hold it... I can hold it in...
Power Swap:?NO! NOOO! GAWD NO! NO GAWD PLEASE! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Recover: Restores half of your HP! Just pray you end up with THIS one, or use the move rememberer,er...er technique to learn it.
Psychic: 90x1.5 damage, 100 accuracy, may lower Sp Defense.
Barrier: Raises team defense for a while.
Aura Sphere: 80* damage, never misses baby! THE AURA IS WIT ME! XD

It takes up until level 79 to learn a move.
Lvl. 79 Amnesia: You forget the fact that you should be battling and special moves do less damage. "Uh, was that supposed to hurt more?"
Lvl. 86 (oh god...) Mist: Prevents stat loss for 5 turns, guess you can use it if you're gonna use Close Combat or something, oh wait you CAN'T!
Lvl. 93 Me First: Great move to have, if the opponent is gonna use a damaging move, you use that move first and do more damage than you would have.
Lvl. 100 Psystrike: It's an upgraded form of Psyshock. 100x1.5 damage, 100 accuracy, it's very unique. The amount of damage you inflict depends on your Sp Attack and the opponents DEFENSE. So everything I know is Portal cake, just great...

Mewtwo learns a whole lot of TM's, so that means YEAH TOXIC!!! Anyways good TM's from X and Y for different types are...
TM25 Thunder: 110 damage, 70 accuracy (may depend on how many clouds are in the sky if you catch my drift...), may paralyze.
TM14 Blizzard: Just like Thunder but ice and freezes. I AM LAZY!
TM15 Hyper Beam: An all or nothing risky normal move, 150 whopping damage, 90 accuracy, the downside is that you can't move the next turn, no switching, no items, no nothing.
TM52 Focus Blast: 120* damage, 70 accuracy, may lower Sp Defense
TM71 Stone Edge: 100 damage, 80 accuracy, has high critical rate.
TM38 Fire Blast: 110 damage, 85 accuracy, may burn the target.
TM26 Earthquake: 100 damage, 100 accuracy, hits all targets within your reachable perimeter, including allies.
TM53 Energy Ball: Grass type move 90 damage, 100 accuracy, may lower Sp Defense
TM30 Shadow Ball: Ghost type move 80 damage, 100 accuracy, may lower Sp Defense
TM84 Poison Jab: 80 damage, 100 accuracy, can poison the target.
Well those were the best moves for multiple types Mewtwo can learn, so feel free to use them in whatever combinations for multiple coverages and see what works best for you.

My recommendation of today! My Mewtwo in Black 2 (yes Black 2 Ima boss) knows Psystrike, Recover, and Focus Blast. I also take advantage of the infinite TM usages to mix and match moves for each upcoming fight. Many moves here have lackluster accuracy, and I use my favorite item, the Wide Lens, to make up for it! For EV's, I think you guys, knowing me, would know the suggestion. 250 for the 2 best stats (Sp Attack and Attack) and the remaining 10 for the other third one (speed). So thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy your Mewtwo!
