Hello. To be able to use a picture you have to be a member. To become a member you have to make 10 post and be active for a week. After that you can go to Edit profile & settings (right above the Retro Game Room) then you can put a picture and stuff. Kermitthefrog99 : Like GJ said, you need to be at least a member to get a forum picture and go to the things that he said, but for you, you're not that far off from being a member, you're already been on well more than a week so that's not a problem at all, all you need to do is post 7 more things and wait for 24 hours since your 10th post and you'll be a member and you can be able to put up a picture next to your name.
