I think the sturdiest Pokemon ever is Crustle. As much as I do not like it in general, Crustle seems very tough, and that is my answer. Heck, it's ability is Sturdy, too !

Sturdiest pokemon is or has to be Deoxys Defense Form, due to it being so tanky in competitive battling to set up spikes etc.
