Hi, I have issues with playing Mame games and 64 games. Everytime I try to play a Error msg pop up and says "Proposed video mode not supported on Device \. DISPLAY1".

I have tried to figure it out myself with display resolutions and upgrading DirectX and other things but I'm lost and I'm not really computer savy...If there is anyone out there that can help me please I beg of you help me! I want to play these games because they are the best quality and have better options in them. Please Post your thoughts here or PM me with suggestions please.

Its not very old...it has Windows XP on it and its only like 5yrs old...i don't know if its a graphics card i need to upgrade or just a setting on it i need to change.

Gojita : Sorry for the delay respond, but I think your problem could be your computer system, because it's depending on how much memory you have and also the other things that is on your computer's performance, because you could have a low number available (it could be that your computer performance could be really poor), if that's not the reason, then let me know.

You mean like programs running while trying to play? like anti-viruses and other stuff? according to my Task manager..I have 439K available Physical Memory.

Here's something you can try;

Control Panel > Device Manager

I forgot if it was Disk Drives or Display Adapters, so try clicking the arrow thing on both of them to access their drop down menus.

If you see a question mark on anything, click on it and let windows fix it.
