Arakkas : Tails basically answered your question. When you "own" a game, it means that you used Viz to pay for a game to play. You only pay once to be able to play it. You can also sell the game if you no longer want to keep it or if you want to use the Viz to buy a different game.

On another note, please don't summon all the global mods when you have a question. There is a help forum that you can post questions on there, and members will help answer them. If it is RGR related, you can also send your questions to the RGR inbox. Global Mods deal more with managing the forum.

I hope you understand that it's hard answering all the summons we get in a day.
