Most of the time, when I edit my posts, a little diamond shape with a question mark in it will show up randomly throughout the post. It isn't a major issue but I do find it annoying having to go through the post & delete them. Are they going to haunt me for a while or is there a way to prevent this?

Well I know when I was taught typing it was with an actual typewriter and you were supposed to space twice after a period.  This is a habit I still have and if I go to edit a post it puts one of those question mark things in that extra space.  Maybe that is what is happening to you?

I get the same problem when I edit a review. I always have to go back and get rid of all the question marks and get the spacing right again. It does like The Q marks for tap, two for enter ( I think), and one or two or double spacing.

I am not sure what makes it do that but I would like to know.

David is aware of the problem, and it's just a low priority glitch to fix. The diamonds usually appear (as said above) in extra spaces, or in words before weird characters. Other than that, I haven't got a rule of thumb for them.

EDIT: If you use old post editor though, it looks like they don't appear. At least, I just tried it on this post and there were no diamonds when I went to go edit.

That's been happening to me as well, I've seen that "" mark thing and it's get's really annoying especially when making a game review or just making a really long post, and I can't really stand this, David is figuring out the situation and hope to fix it in the near future.
