Of course the girl is red headed and talks in a good voice.

Well, it would be nice to know if she was really lesbian or not... that would save you a lot of trouble.

At 30, you probably have your own style on how to woo a lady. Just go with that, make your moves, and make the strong... there's only one way of finding out if she is has the hots for you, and that is by trying.

Air Conditioning, Heating, and Internet costs will drive anyone insane out here. Plus the average rent is around $800.00 To $1,000.00 Bucks. So Deciphering if the gal is truly for the other side or just hiding and waiting for her time to shine???

Hey man just relax, I know it is easier said than done but she is only a crush.  Befriend her but make it clear your intentions for doing so are of a romantic nature or you could get stuck in the friend zone.  If you find she isn't attracted to you, yea it might hurt for awhile, but if she feels the same about you then you could have some of the best times of your life with her.  It seems worth the risk to me.  I'd just tell her how you felt and see where it goes from there.
