There's this girl who I sit next to in my elective class who I've talked to for a bit and got to know enough to ask for her Instagram. We started ''following'' each other. I had a small crush on her.

But now, she blocked me and I don't know why!!!

The only reason I can think of about this action is because I posted a photo from my Tumblr page of two girls kissing, which I never really thought of these kinds of photos as gross because I'm bisexual, I love my culture, and I don't think anyone has blocked me for posting these kinds of photos before.

I took the fact that the photo was unoriginal into account, but then I decided not to care because from what I see on my Instagram feed/updates, a LOT of people post unoriginal photos, so why would that matter these days?

I know she blocked me because my Instagram counts went down by 1, I saw she slipped away, and my friend (not a mutual) can still find her!

So why might have this girl blocked me? I never did anything wrong to her.

Are these kinds of photos really that gross, honestly?

And sorry for the white! I don't know why this happens to my posts!

some people really dislike same-sex stuff. I personally don't think the idea of 2 guys or 2 girls kissing to be all that attractive or desirable. She might feel very strongly about it.

To block you off completely might seem excessive but some people have strongly held beliefs regarding same-sex issues and choose to avoid them.

But yeah, you have to understand that not everyone shares the same beliefs as you. What you think is normal/cool might offend her a lot. Maybe she's pretty religious or something. You are never going to know the real answer though until you ask her.

This pretty hard to read. And to be honest I really cannot tell if it is gross or not unless I have seen the photo. But it could be like geeo said and she might just feel strongly about it. Or maybe she just didn't want to see two people making out or kissing, it is a possibility. 

Everyone is different and they may not agree on the same things that you do and they may have a different standpoint on it than you do like Jordan said. I think you should ask her about it and see what she has to say about it.

You may not be offended or bothered by pictures, movies, and images but you have to realize other people may be.  It could be anything and it could set off a negative emotion in a person.  Just because you have a bisexual culture (again, mentioning it) doesn't mean other people are comfortable with it.  When you have images that are sexually charged and risque, you run the chance of bothering someone who decides they aren't interested in what you're showing.

I'm sure it has everything to do with the picture of girls kissing.  Of course, I'm down and I would enjoy a picture like that but I'm a male and I'm open-minded.  She may not be.  You can't blame her or get angry.  You can remove the picture and censor yourself a little before you share everything.
